ConvertPro provides free browser-based tools for converting, compressing, resizing, cropping and editing images, and for creating and manipulating PDF documents, together with written guides on related topics. All processing occurs locally in your browser. We do not receive, store or transmit the files you process.
The Site is provided free of charge, "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be available without interruption or free from errors, that any particular output will meet the requirements of a third party, or that the information in our guides is complete, current or applicable to your situation.
Because processing happens on your device and nothing is stored by us, we cannot recover any file. Always keep an original copy of anything important before processing it. Lossy compression permanently discards image data and cannot be reversed.
You are responsible for checking that any file produced here is fit for its intended purpose before submitting it anywhere: confirm dimensions, file size and format against the requirements you must meet; open compressed documents and confirm that all text, stamps, seals and signatures remain legible; and check that every page of a multi-page document is present, complete and correctly oriented. We accept no responsibility for a rejected application, missed deadline or other loss arising from a file that did not meet a third party's requirements.
You agree to use the Site lawfully. You agree not to process content you do not own or have the right to process; create, alter or prepare any document with intent to deceive, including forging or materially misrepresenting identity documents, certificates, marksheets or official records; process unlawful material; attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the Site; or use automated systems in a way that degrades it for others.
Editing a photograph's background or adjusting a scan's contrast for legibility is ordinary and legitimate. Altering the substance of an official document is not, and may be a criminal offence in your jurisdiction. You bear sole responsibility for how you use these tools.
Our guides describe commonly published requirements and general practice. They are provided for information only and are not legal, financial or professional advice. Requirements for examinations, government forms and official applications change frequently and vary by post, cycle and authority. Always confirm against the official notification or the instructions shown on the relevant portal. Where our guidance and an official source conflict, the official source governs.
ConvertPro is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to eMitra, SSO Rajasthan, the Government of Rajasthan, SSC, UPSC, IBPS, RRB, NTA, any other examining body, or any government agency. Names, logos and trademarks referenced in describing form requirements are used for identification and descriptive purposes only and remain the property of their respective owners.
The Site is supported by advertising served through third parties, principally Google AdSense. We do not control and do not endorse the content of advertisements, nor the products or services they promote.
The Site's design, code, written guides and other original content are the property of ConvertPro and are protected by applicable law. You may read, print and share our guides for personal, non-commercial purposes with attribution. You retain all rights in the files you process — we claim no interest in them, as we never receive them.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ConvertPro and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, revenue, opportunity or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Since the Site is provided free of charge, our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed zero. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
The Site links to external websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy, availability or practices.
We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice. We may also revise these Terms; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.
