Questions, corrections, bug reports and suggestions are all welcome. Email is the only channel — there is no contact form here, because a form would mean collecting and storing your details on a server, and this site deliberately does not have one.

Response time is usually two to three working days. This is a small independent project, not a staffed support desk.

What to include

• Bug reports — browser and version, operating system, device, the tool you were using, what you did, and what happened instead of what you expected. Any error text from the browser console is gold.
• Corrections to guides — which guide, which figure, and where the correct value is published. Requirements change between recruitment cycles and we would rather hear about it from you than leave someone with bad information.
• Tool requests — describe the actual task, not just the feature name. It often turns out an existing tool already does it, or that there is a better approach.

Please do not send us files

We cannot troubleshoot by looking at your photograph or document, and we would rather not receive them. This is especially true of identity documents — Aadhaar, PAN, passport, marksheets, bank details and signature scans. Describe the problem instead; a screenshot with sensitive details obscured is fine if a visual helps.

What we cannot help with

ConvertPro is an independent tool with no connection to eMitra, SSO Rajasthan, any examining body, or any government agency. That means we cannot check, correct or submit your application; tell you the status of a form you filed; confirm what a particular portal will accept; recover files you have already closed; or resolve payment, admit card or result queries. For any of those, contact the organisation running the application directly.

Privacy of your message

Emails you send arrive in an ordinary mailbox and are kept only as long as needed to deal with your query. We do not add correspondents to any mailing list — there isn't one. See the privacy policy for the full picture, and about ConvertPro for background on the project.
